Your data, handled like your parcel.

When you order, we collect what an order needs: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you bought. If you create an account, we also keep your sign-in email. That’s it - no browsing profiles, no data brokers.

To pack and ship your order, send your GST invoice, message you about delivery, and answer you on WhatsApp when you ask where your box is. If you subscribe, we use your details to run the subscription you set up.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details go directly to them over their PCI-DSS-secure checkout - we never see or store them. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Our courier partner (DTDC) gets your name, address and phone number - the minimum needed to deliver a parcel. Our email provider sends your order emails. Nobody gets your data for advertising, and we never sell it. The box itself is plain, with no product name on the outside.

Want your data corrected or deleted, or want us to stop emailing you? Write to info@donnahygiene.com and we’ll do it. We keep order records as long as Indian tax law requires us to (invoices are statutory documents); everything else goes when you ask.
