“Donna” is the consumer brand of Shasari Healthcare India Private Limited (CIN U13996UP2024PTC213152, GSTIN 09ABOCS8072N1ZB), 3rd Floor, A-49, Sector 57, Noida 201301, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. We manufacture what we sell, in our own facility.

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping state, and every order gets a GST invoice. Payment is collected upfront via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Your order is confirmed when the payment is captured; if a payment is captured but we can’t honour the order (for example, an item sold out in the same minute), we refund it in full.

We ship across India in plain, unmarked boxes. Shipping is free above ₹499; below that, a flat ₹49 is shown in your cart before you pay - no surprises at the last step.

Covered fully in our returns & refunds policy. The one-line version: damaged or wrong items are replaced free or refunded in full; unopened packs can come back within 7 days.

You can shop as a guest or with an account (sign-in is by email code - no passwords). Keep your email accurate; it’s where invoices and order updates go. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one in force.
